I do believe Dr. Sullivan is Great! The past few visits I’ve had at his office has been terrible. I’ll start with my Feb 27th appointment everything went fine at the office. They prescribed Doxycycline until I can finish the steps for Accutane. I informed the dr’s office on Multiple occasions(including that day) that I’m allergic to Minocycline. I go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription(2days later) and they let me know they can’t fill it because I’m allergic to a medicine in that “class” and they can’t seem to get in touch with the office(keep getting voicemail). Which I 100 percent believe because I called the prescription line and received the same voicemail. I called pressed 0 to talk to the office left a message with Miriam she stated she was going to have the nurse call the Pharmacy. I never got that prescription. Fast Fwd to March 31 I received a text at 930 at night to cancel an appointment I had the next day. I was able to call and be seen by Dr. Howard(another Dr at the practice). I was called back fairly quick within 5 min of appointment time. The problem started after I sat in Room 6 for 43 min (to be exact) and no Dr or Nurse or assistant or anyone came in I had to go get a Nurse and state “I been in here for 45 mins you guys could have left me in the lobby.” When the Dr came in he wasn’t even aware that I was his patient. He was sitting in the computer every time I went to the desk to see what was taking so long. Granted the Dr was very knowledgeable and even had better treatment options. I just hated the face that I was there 2hours for a pregnancy test, 1 vial of blood and 10mins with the doctor. Today’s April 2, I was told by the dr there’s a questionnaire/test I have to complete before I start Isotretinoin. I contacted ipledge program yesterday and today for them to tell me that the dr office hasn’t input the pregnancy test in the system. So I can’t proceed. It’s frustrating. I called the office I asked to speak to Dr.Howard he’s busy. I was told that the Nurse will call me back by tomorrow. I honestly don’t need for him to call me. I just need for them to put my information in so I can proceed with treatment.I want clear skin just like everybody else. I never had problems like this and I’ve been going to Dr. Sullivan since I was 16-17 years old. My mom swears by his practice
